The latest collection of poems by known poet Ashesh Srivastava was launched on Sunday.
While addressing the audience senior litterateur Ramrao Wamankar said the complete personality and character of a creator is clearly reflected in his works and no other introduction is needed for him. Similarly, the simple personality of poet Ashesh Srivastava is well seen in his poems.
Ashesh Srivastava’s latest poetry collections ‘Manthan 3’ and ‘Manthan 4’ were launched in a programme organized at Dushyant Kumar Memorial Manuscript Museum.
He said that it is a joy for a poet to get his book of poems printed and Ashesh ji Since two books are printed together, so this joy is twice as much as that of twins.
An engineer by profession and a specialist in non-conventional energy, especially wind energy, Ashesh Srivastava is the Executive Director of the country’s reputed company Consolidated Energy Consultants Ltd. and is a hobbyist.
Two collections of his poems have already been published. ‘Manthan-3’ and ‘Manthan-4’ have been published by Indra Publishing House and Printing Drishti Offset.
On this occasion, senior litterateur Jagdish Kinjalk, in his speech, praised the simple expression of simple mind in the poems of Ashesh and said that the writing of Ashesh is not artificial and complete honesty is clearly visible in it.
Writer and critic Preeti Praveen Khare while reviewing the poetry collection in Kakeyakram said that it would inspire many non-writers to work in other professions and also to write.
He said that in the difficult, sad and difficult times of the pandemic, there is hope in Ashesh’s poems.
